The Arbor District Neighborhood Association invites you to our Holiday Party on Friday, December 6th!

The Arbor District would like to invite Neighbors from other Neighborhoods to their Christmas Party—That’s the Spirit.

The Arbor District Neighborhood Association invites you to our Holiday Party on Friday, December 6th!

Many celebrate December 6th as a commemoration of the historical “pre-cursor” of Santa Claus, Saint Nicholas, the historic 4th century Greek saint, who might be joining us for the party!  Hot soup, coffee/water, and musical entertainment will be provided but please bring a food item or non-alcoholic drink item to share with your neighbors.  Children and students are very welcome!

Where:
The celebration will be held at the First Christian Church at 306 W. Monroe St. in Carbondale. There is parking across the street from the church on Monroe.
When:
Friday, December 6, 2013 from 5:30 to 8:00pm
Who:
Arbor District members and residents and all members of other Carbondale-area neighborhood associations. Come one, come all!

We will be collecting non-perishable food items to help restock the Carbondale Food Pantries which have seen a dramatic increase in need this year.  If you’d like, please bring a canned good item (or similar) to drop off at the holiday party.
