What is Neighborhood Watch? Neighborhood Watch is a crime prevention program, which enlists the active participation of residents in cooperation with local police to prevent and reduce crime in Carbondale City’s neighborhoods. Neighborhood Watch is residents not only knowing each other, but also taking the time to care about each other and work together in a program of mutual assistance. Neighborhood Watch is crime prevention education and the implementation of important home and personal security strategies.
